At Kzen Wellness, Kendra Lester blends expert technique with healing, intuitive touch to create moments of true calm and renewal. I GOT YOU is my signature promise to every client. With over 10 years of experience in skincare and massage therapy, plus a background in five-star luxury spas and as an NFL cheerleader, I bring confidence, grace, and positive energy to every session—empowering you to relax, restore, and reconnect with your best self. As a certified yoga therapist, I guide holistic journeys toward self-love and personal rejuvenation. Off the table, I’m a fun, loving, nurturing mom to beautiful twin daughters, and I remain passionate about helping clients prioritize well-being and mindful self-care.

KZen Signature Spa Facial

A customized treatment tailored to your unique skincare needs. As relaxing as it is effective, this facial also includes Kendra's favorites, aroma thereapy breathing exercises, ample massage of the face, shoulders, arms, hands, and feet.
Microdermabrasion
